Ranking All of Today And Tomorrow’s SP Streamers – 8/29 & 8/30

Nick Pollack ranks every SP Streamer for today and tomorrow.

Here are your morning rankings for today’s starting pitcher options.

It’s not perfect and will be far from the actual results at the end of the day, though it should give guidance for those questioning who to slot into your lineup on a given day.

There is a second table for tomorrow’s starting pitcher matchups as well, helping everyone get a jump on their nightly pickups. Please note that these matchups are subject to change, though, and there will be times when I have the incorrect pitcher going. I thank you for your future understanding.

While this is a tactic I usually would not use-currently I leading my opponent by a lot in the hitting categories. On the pitching side he has P. Lopez and Cease going today. Currently I up in whip and era. Tied in saves and K’s. One down in wins.

I could sit Dobnak, Montas, B. Anderson and Bassitt and probably win the whip and era category and forfeit Wins, K’s and Saves. That would make it 7-3 for the weekend and vault me into 2nd or 3rd place.

I could roll the dice and pitch all my pitchers and hope for the best.

Question-would you sit your pitchers and go for the 7-3 win for the week or roll the dice and hope for the best.

Sorry for the long question. In this short season just looking for any advantage.

    Thank you

      I think I’d be happy with a 7-3 victory!

I would start Dobnak though and possibly tie him in Wins, though.

To late now. Dobnak just blew everything up. Looks like I will go with all my pitchers and try for K’s, Wins and Saves. Thanks for your input.

Where’s the best place to confirm starters for tomorrow? Between the Yahoo App and MLB website I can’t figure out if it’s Mize or Turnbull, Alex Young or Taylor Clarke and if Gerritt Cole is pitching tomorrow or Monday. I need two more starts!
