Across the winter, I spent many mornings on Twitch watching video, researching data, and writing down my thoughts on each pitcher inside every MLB rotation. It’s all part of my process as I create the Top 200 Starting Pitchers For 2023 article that comes out on February 7th when PL8 launches.
After going through each time, I then recorded a Plus Pitch Podcast episode reviewing the rotation and have updated them with any injuries, signings, and news along the way.
We’ll be updating this page with each podcast released each day through the month of January.

Absolutely love your insights Nick! I just discovered this site a few weeks ago and it instantly has become my favorite source for fantasy baseball info!
One question regarding pitcher evaluations. W the shift ban coming into effect whips and eras are bound to go up league wide. Is there a way to guess which pitchers will be effected worse? Kind of how a few lefty pull hitters are expected to do better. Do you think it wise to target high K guys as they might be hurt less with fewer balls being put in play?
