Join Us For PitchCon 2024! – January 24th-28th

A free five-day charity event for baseball fans.

I’m excited to formally announce our fifth annual PitchCon event from January 24th through January 28th!

55 hours of free baseball panels and presentations across five days. Get pumped.

What Is PitchCon?

Over 100 baseball analysts. Dozens of free prizes. $10,000 raised to combat ALS. One amazing conference.

PitchCon (January 24th – 28th) is a five-day online baseball conference where you can hear what some of the brightest minds in the industry have to say about all things baseball from the comfort of your own home. Guests from MLB organizations, FanGraphs, The Athletic, CBS, NBC, Wall Street Journal, DriveLine, Jomboy Media, and your favorite fantasy baseball sites will cover topics ranging from common mistakes in Statcast analysis to the state of pitching in today’s game to how to create an independent sports brand as we come together for our goal of raising $10,000 to donate toward combatting ALS.

This is a 100% free event. Viewers can watch entirely for free at Playback.tv/pitcherlist or at pitcherlist.com/pitchcon and are encouraged to donate to the cause. In addition, we’ll also be giving away some incredible prizes like signed baseballs, a PL Pro Lifetime subscription, PitchCon merch, fantasy guides, and so much more.

All 100% of donations will be sent to charity – Pitcher List will not be taking any of the funds, ensuring your donation is going entirely to combat this horrible disease.

Making A PitchCon Donation

Head to the official PitchCon Page and you can make a contribution to the event, or you can click the button below. 100% of every contribution will go to Sean M. Healey and AMG Center for ALS, leaders in the field as they search for life-saving therapies for those affected by ALS. We have also added a number of items to our merch store in support of PitchCon.

PitchCon Participants & Schedule

PitchCon will be live 11am ET – 10pm ET from Wednesday, January 24th through Sunday, January 28th.

55 hours of free baseball panels and presentations across five days. Get pumped.

We’ve extended PitchCon an extra day this year, tacking on Sunday as well to ensure we reach our $10,000 goal.

The full schedule of panels will be announced early next week, including all participants involved with the event.

Where to Watch

PitchCon will be free to watch here at Pitcher List on our PitchCon page, as well via Playback, where you will be able to chat along with the community.

We will also be uploading the event to our YouTube channel for those that miss panels and presentations. Expect those to be released roughly a week after the event.

Prizes

We have dozens of prizes we’d like to give away during PitchCon, many of which were generously donated by the incredible participants of the conference.

The full list of prizes (including the Google Form where you can sign up for prizes) will be available on Monday next week before the event. Prize winners will be announced during our closing ceremony on Sunday, January 28th at 9pm ET. You will also receive an email confirming your prize.

To Our Readers

Thank you for making PitchCon a reality for five straight years. We created the event in May 2020 as a way to combat the rough times and to now make it a full charity event with a growing list of participants each year is a product of the fantastic community not just here at Pitcher List but across the entire baseball industry. It’s an immense joy to bring so many talented and smart people together in one place to discuss the sport we love for a cause we all believe in. Let’s have some fun.

Thank you for your consideration to support PitchCon and I can’t wait for you all to experience what we have in store this year. We’ll see you there.

AGA,

-Nick
