Since bringing Pitcher List to life in November 2013, I cannot express how privileged I’ve been to build this place slowly and shape it into what we want it to be. Without outside investment, we’ve been able to chart our own course, define the culture we want, and create the products we believe are best for the industry as a whole. It’s allowed us to make decisions that aren’t driven by short-term profits and to create a foundation we can lay each brick in at our own pace, ensuring we’re doing it right.
My goal at this point is to take the foundation we’ve built at PL and expand it into so much more that will last far more than the next four years. H*ck, I’ve already created business plans for 5-10 years.
By creating a lifetime subscription, it allows us the community to fund the projects they want to come to fruition, such our latest update to our Live Draft Assistant application, and our Pro Dashboard Beta arriving this spring- an easy-to-use fantasy manager where you can get tailored fantasy recommendations, charts, and widgets for your imported fantasy team – and more fantasy tools in-season including an daily updated sit/start grid, our slew of PLV apps (Process+ rolling charts!), and live data you can’t find elsewhere.
We also love giving readers a tangible way to show their support for Pitcher List that won’t disappear over time. We aim to have a Pitcher List venue to provide a physical home for our community in the future, and creating a positive culture has been at the epicenter of Pitcher List from the beginning. I can’t wait to see many of you there.
