Zach Davies‘ Curveball – The gorgeous movement on this bender is just plain gonna miss bats.  Two planes of action and good night on that swing.

Kevin Gausman’s Slider – Ball: meet the bottom. Bat?  hahaha. Gausman tossed this beauty to John Hicks who ended up on bended knee because that’s just what you do with that slider.

Brandon McCarthy’s Curveball – It’s a good thing McCarthy threw this filthy curve to J.P. Crawford because it gave him a head start back to his dugout after he got rung up on this pitch with a dead drop.

Chaz Roe’s Slider – Roe’s slider is pure filth. I don’t even know anymore. Let’s all just sit down on the ground like Renato Nunez and enjoy this sick pitch.

Tanner Roark’s Fastball – Not as amusing as Roark’s “non-pitch”, this front door two-seamer was the perfect choice to get the K on a full count.

Chris Volstad’s Curveball – Head to toes. This pitch was flat out unhittable even though it did actually end up in the zone.
