Here’s Fernando!
All of baseball was joyous at the return of Fernando Tatis Jr. from the injured list yesterday. He answered the call in the only way he knows how – in style! The enigmatic Padres’ superstar went 4-for-5 including two monster homers to catapult San Diego past Arizona 8-2.

Funnily enough, he actually played in right field, from where it seems he only hits homers to the opposite side! His first was a shot to the moon in deep left field off Zac Gallen in the third inning to open the scoring.

He went back to the same spot for more in the fifth.

Megatron SP1?
The recently decorated former Detroit Lions wide receiver, Calvin Johnson was in attendance to throw out the first pitch in Detroit after being named into the NFL Hall of Fame last week. Megatron effortlessly tossed a strike that looked like it had decent heat behind it. The Tigers would be prudent to explore options after this showing!
You get inducted into the Hall of Fame, you get to throw the first pitch. Those are the rules.
