Here are your morning rankings for today’s starting pitcher options.
It’s not perfect and will be far from the actual results at the end of the day, though it should give guidance for those questioning who to slot into your lineup on a given day.
There is a second table for tomorrow’s starting pitcher matchups as well, helping everyone get a jump on their nightly pickups. Please note that these matchups are subject to change, though, and there will be times when I have the incorrect pitcher going. I thank you for your future understanding.
Pitchers highlighted in yellow = Possible streaming options.
FS = False Starter where there is an assumed opener actually starting the game.
Red = Postponed.

I wouldn’t take 2 Gallens for 1 Paxton personally. I just started watching Gallen and I am not a big fan. It looks like 40 command to me and the stuff isn’t overwhelming. It doesn’t look easy for him and there are some much better arms with good matchups that I would choose over him. SD is a better team than AZ IMO, but neither are good. I’d put him around Tony Disco as more of a player to only use if you need counting stats.
Saturday looks like a great day to watch some baseball!
On the weird updates/changes note – Lance Lynn is slated for Sunday which I am not sure about but might be true. He was pitching great v HOU in his last start but they got a few good swings in (opposite of sequencing) and ruined the party but I thought it was a good start.
Why so low on Davies? Iirc his last two outings went well.
