Torkelson, 27, is finishing his 2026 campaign on a high note. He crushed two baseballs yesterday — a 103.9 EV double and 102.7 EV / 379 FT home run — en route to a dominant 10-1 victory over the Blue Jays. Torkelson has gone 7-for-17 (.412 BA) with a .392 xwOBA and 281 wRC+ over this past week dating back to September 9th.

Cole Carrigg (COL): 4-5, 2B, 2 HR, 2 R, 5 RBI.
Carrigg did major damage out of the three-hole for the Rockies last night, accounting for over half of their runs in their win over the Padres. He racked up four total hits (including three XBH) and each knock registered an EV over 100 mph.

Jeremy Peña (HOU): 3-4, 2 HR, 3 R, 2 RBI.
Pena, like the names mentioned above, was hammering baseballs left and right yesterday. He started his day with back-to-back home runs (107.3 EV / 440 FT and 96.7 EV / 370 FT) and capped the day off with a 107.7 EV single. All three of these knocks came off Michael Wacha.
Bryce Eldridge (SFG): 2-4, 2B, HR, 2 R, 3 RBI, BB.
Eldridge has been one of the most underrated breakout performers in MLB this season. He’s quietly slashed .272/.363/.465 with a 131 wRC+ over 443 PAs, all while cutting the SwStr% down to just 11% after running out a 14% clip the year prior. Eldridge crushed two BBEs yesterday — a 108.5 EV double and a 112.7 EV / 461 FT home run.
Travis Bazzana (CLE): 2-4, 2 HR, 2 R, 2 RBI.
Bazzana led his Guardians to within half a game of the AL Central leaders last night, narrowly taking down the White Sox by one run. He launched two home runs — one, a left-on-left crime off Chris Murphy (93.8 EV / 365 FT) and the next off Davis Martin in the sixth (98 EV / 393 FT).
Turner Hill (SFG): 2-4, HR, R, 3 RBI, BB.
Hill, sporting a 107 wRC+ through his first 26 major league games, tallied a 101 EV single and 98.9 EV / 395 FT home run against the Cardinals. He boasts above-average sprint speed and has been decent defensively (+1 DRS) for the Giants as a 27-year-old rookie… perhaps there’s more in the tank here considering he does a good job at limiting whiffs and owns a 151 wRC+ in Triple-A this season.
Gabriel Moreno (ARI): 2-4, HR, R, RBI, 2 BB, SB.
Moreno has been such a reliable contributor this season, slashing .303/.382/.474 with a .361 xwOBA and 136 wRC+ through 121 games. Yesterday was no exception, as he launched his 14th home run of the season to stay hot at the dish. Moreno has recorded hits in five straight games and owns a 187 wRC+ throughout the month of September.

Ozzie Albies (ATL): 2-4, HR, 2 R, 2 RBI, SB.
Albies feasted late in the game for Atlanta, playing a key part in his team’s meaningful dub against the Cubs. He smacked a go-ahead, two-run home run in the seventh inning off Jacob Webb (103.2 / 396 FT) which would end up being the game-winner, and later tallied a 98.9 / .900 xBA single off newly-activated “reliever” Edward Cabrera. He’d later come around to score after that single. Yesterday marked Albies’ first multi-hit game in nearly a month.
Cody Bellinger (NYY): 3-4, HR, R, 2 RBI, BB.
Bellinger launched a first-inning home run against the Twins yesterday (100.9 EV / 399 FT), plus added a pair of singles (96.9 and 102.8 EVs, respectively) en route to an 8-1 victory. Belli, a consistent source of production for this Yankees lineup, is on his way to posting back-to-back seasons with a wRC+ over 120 and at least 4.0 fWAR.
