Starting Pitcher Streamer Ranks Fantasy Baseball: 6/2 & 6/3 & 6/4

Best SP streamers and rankings for today & tomorrow & day after.

Rankings of the SP Streamers for today’s, tomorrow’s, and the day after tomorrow’s games for fantasy baseball.

Every day of the 2026 baseball season, I’ll be looking at today’s and tomorrow’s slate of scheduled starting pitchers and ranking their matchups for your fantasy baseball streams.

There’s a lot that goes into this and you can hang out with me on twitch.tv/pitcherlist to talk about the specific ranks as I make them every weekday morning from 10am – 12pm ET. If you have questions about these ranks, please ask during the morning Twitch AMA. Those are my office hours as I generally don’t answer comments on the site.

There are four tiers to these rankings with 12-teamers in mind:

Auto-StartJust do it. Don’t overthink this, start the man. This includes “if I have them rostered, I’m starting them” pitchers.

Probably Start I’m likely starting these arms, though I recognize there is more risk than we’d like there to be. Either it’s a tough matchup for a good-not-elite pitcher or a weak lineup for a volatile arm. These pitchers have a 50% or greater chance of performing well in my view and I’m starting them in the majority of situations.

Questionable StartThink of this tier as “I don’t want to start these pitchers in a vacuum, but you could do worse.” Streamers found in this tier are not pitchers I’m targeting and are only if you are in dire need of one. To play it safe with streaming, just start the Probably Start streamers.

Do Not StartThe reward is not worth the risk. Don’t do it. Seriously, these pitchers have a very slim chance of success or sometimes none at all.

Obviously, there will be circumstances where pitchers should move between teams for your situation specifically and these new tiers should act as a little more help than the straight table from last year.

Please keep in mind that streaming is far from a perfect play. In fact, if they work out over half the time, I’d consider it a success. These matchup rankings & streamer picks are going to be wildly different than the actual results throughout the year, so please, have sympathy before the scathing comments and tweets. I’m only trying to help!

There is a second table (and now third for PL Pro members) for tomorrow’s starting pitcher matchups as well, helping everyone get a jump on their nightly pickups. Please note that these matchups are subject to change, though, and there will be times when I have the incorrect pitcher going. I thank you for your future understanding.

And of course, there are my streaming picks of the day. Please keep in mind that for my streaming record, I am forced to pick a streamer every day even if they are in the bottom tier. Those highlighted in Green are that day’s streaming pick in the second tier and I’d roll with them everywhere. Those in Yellow are in the third tier and should be okay if you’re searching for something on a given day, but I don’t recommend streaming unless you’re in need. Finally, those are Red are those I really don’t want to start (they are labeled as “Do Not Start,” after all) but have no other choice. Don’t stream Do Not Start pitchers unless you are truly desperate. A streaming pick is defined as “rostered in 20% or fewer leagues” according to Fantasy Pros. This really emphasizes the point that I’d be happy if over 50% of these worked. I could do the whole sub 30/40% rostered, but there’s no fun in that, and it applies to a smaller audience.

As I do my rankings, I thought it would be helpful to showcase a table of how we’re ranking offenses, granted by our PLV-powered Projections (in alphabetical order by tier):

PLV Projections Team Offense Ranking (5/18 Update)

Remember, these offensive rankings are based on each offense’s Process+ so far this year and how we project their lineups moving forward. It means you’re going to see a little different offensive rankings than you may see elsewhere, and there will always be some surprises. This is based on skills, not purely results! If you have questions about these offense rankings, reach out to Kyle Bland (@blandalytics).

To spice up these streaming recommendations, I’ve included our new daily fantasy baseball projections powered by PLV, and I’ll be competing against PL Bot to pick the best streaming option each day.

These projections are different from your typical projections as they incorporate our pitch quantifier PLV, assessing pitcher and hitter skills at a much more granular level than your standard box score.

To get access to PL Bot’s picks each day, sign up for PL Pro here.

The streaming record is determined by “Was this a productive game for 12-teamers if I started them?” Roughly a PQS with a Win and a strikeout per inning with a sub 1.20 WHIP, with a minimum of 5 IP. Close calls are decided by Twitch chat.

Note: If no pitcher under 20% rostered would have qualified for a “Streaming Win,” no loss is granted.

(Opener) – Outlines that a pitcher is being opened for that day & the pitcher listed will follow the opener.

Tuesday 6/2 Starting Pitcher Streamer Rankings

Auto-Starts

Cam Schlittler vs. CLE – Aces gonna ace.

Logan Gilbert vs. NYM – It’s the Mets.

Nathan Eovaldi @ STL – Eovaldi is an easy arm to throw out there against the Cardinals.

Kyle Harrison vs. SFG – Harrison is close to the AGA tag.

Connelly Early vs. BAL – I raised Early up as I don’t see a situation where you sit him against Baltimore.

Davis Martin @ MIN – Martin rebounded after his hiccup, making it hard to deny a start in Minnesota.

Probably Starts

Kevin Gausman @ ATL – Stupid Hotlanata making Gausman’s start a harder choice than usual.

Bryce Elder vs. TOR – Elder hit the wall last time, and this outing feels like the do-or-die moment.

Questionable Starts

Andrew Abbott vs. KCR – Abbott has been improving, but not locked in yet.

Trevor McDonald @ MIL – I’ve been shocked to see McDonald favor sinkers so much more than his legit breaker lately, and I’m hoping he returns to his old ways here.

Grayson Rodriguez vs. COL – It’s Rockie Road and as much as this seems like a great outing, GrayRod’s only strength is his heater at the moment, which isn’t as elite as his contemporaries.

Shane Baz @ BOS – Baz had two great revenge games against the Rays, and now it’s a bit trickier against the Sawx.

Connor Prielipp vs. CHW – That’s two poor outings from Prielipp, and it’s awfully disappointing. His slider feel has waned, and without it, the four-seamer/change isn’t proving strong enough.

Noah Cameron @ CIN – Cameron’s command has looked far better as of late, replicating his 2025 self. If he comes through in Cincy, he may become a popular pick-up overnight.

Dustin May vs. TEX – May has chilled around a 3.00 ERA with a solid WHIP after his first two starts of the season, and now hosts the Rangers in St. Louis. A solid option for QS leagues.

Michael Soroka vs. LAD – As much as I like Soroka, I don’t love a start against the Dodgers.

Bubba Chandler @ HOU – It sure feels like his eleven-strikeout game was a Dennis, but it’s still recent enough that it could return against Houston. I hope I get to remove his HIPSTER tag soon.

Randy Vásquez @ PHI – Vásquez’s inability to find whiffs has turned him into a Toby after a promising April.

Do Not Starts

Aaron Nola vs. SDP – We just saw Nola finally locate his fastballs effectively, but I’m not ready to jump back in yet.

Gage Jump @ CHC – Jump has some fun stuff – hard heater from the left side + a trio of whiffable breakers – but the command is suspect, and the Wrigley is not a fun place to pitch in June.

Jonah Tong @ SEA – Tong’s embrace of the cutter was awesome to see last time out. Sadly, nothing else was working. If he has the heater and the Vulcan change on point, this could be the best outing of his career. Otherwise, it’ll likely fall flat.

Jack Flaherty @ TBR – The strikeout upside is always present, but the ratios cannot be trusted.

Eric Lauer @ ARI – I know the narrative of pitching for the Dodgers and showing his worth n all, but it was Rockie Road last time, and his fastball still doesn’t get whiffs.

Mike Burrows vs. PIT – Burrows’ command is not where it needs to be.

Jameson Taillon vs. ATH – I like that Taillon went a bit more inside with fastballs last game, and he was a bit unlucky with the longball. Sadly, Wrigley is susceptible to it in June, and the Athletics pack thump.

Steven Matz vs. DET – He wasn’t cooking in his last outing, and I’ll wait to see it first.

Joey Cantillo @ NYY – It’s the Yankees for a pitcher notorious for volatility.

Tomoyuki Sugano @ LAA – He’s had decent starts against poor offenses on the road this season…?

Ryan Gusto @ WSH – He’s getting the pearl, and who knows what we’ll get. At least it’s not Mikolas.

Miles Mikolas vs. MIA – At least it’s not–oh. It is Mikolas.

Tuesday 6/2 Starting Pitcher Streamer Rankings

Wednesday 6/3 Starting Pitcher Streamer Rankings

Auto-Starts

Paul Skenes @ HOU – Aces gonna ace.

Cristopher Sánchez vs. SDP – Aces gonna ace.

Shohei Ohtani @ ARI – Aces gonna ace.

Chase Burns vs. KCR – Aces gonna ace.

Gerrit Cole vs. CLE – Aces gonna ace.

George Kirby vs. NYM – It’s the Mets, the perfect team to get your groove. We need this, Kirby.

Payton Tolle vs. BAL – Tolle’s fastballs are hard to hit, and that’s enough for this outing, even if I haven’t seen everything I want from his secondaries.

Probably Starts

Freddy Peralta @ SEA – He hasn’t been the rock you thought you were getting at the draft. And yet, it’s Seattle.

Max Meyer @ WSH – Meyer’s slider and sweeper weren’t as sharp last time out, but the improved heater looks like it’s here to stay.

Logan Webb @ MIL – We’re past the Still ILL, making it time to slot Webb back into our rosters.

Gavin Williams @ NYY – He’s on a journey to AGA, with a game against the Yankees marking a real test.

Nick Martinez vs. DET – Who needs the Nicky Mart? I dooooooo. He’s attacking batters quickly with a bigger focus on first-pitch strikes, and let’s hope this Vargas Rule never stops.

Troy Melton @ TBR – We haven’t seen the whiffs take over yet, though the command is stellar with an above-average arsenal.

MacKenzie Gore @ STL – Gore has produced recently, and a start in St. Louis feels safe enough to take a chance on the same fastball command with a jump in secondary strike rate.

Spencer Arrighetti vs. PIT – The Pasta Pirate should be in good company when hosting Pittsburgh.

Walbert Ureña vs. COL – It’s Rockie Road, even if Ureńa hasn’t displayed elite strike skills on hisfull arsenal.

Questionable Starts

Taj Bradley vs. CHW – Bradley wasn’t as polished in his second start post-IL stint, and the White Sox pack thump, even without Murakami.

Do Not Starts

Colin Rea vs. ATH – He’s a decent streaming option, but I’d avoid Wrigley in June whenever possible.

Andre Pallante vs. TEX – There’s something here if Pallante can consistently locate his cut-fastball inside to LHB while keeping his stellar sinker/slider separation against RHB.

Coleman Crow vs. SFG – At 91 mph, it’s hard to endorse Crow, especially without a long track record and carrying a shorter leash than most.

Grant Holmes vs. TOR – If you’re desperate for strikeouts, sure, go ahead. Otherwise, this ain’t it.

Jeffrey Springs @ CHC – Springs has had moments of Sunshine and Rainbows on the road, but Wrigley is a hitter’s paradise this time of year.

Chris Bassitt @ BOS – He could go six frames and the Sawx are poor against RHB, and yet, the ceiling isn’t worth the destructive floor.

Stephen Kolek @ CIN – Kolek went the distance, then had the typical struggles in his follow-up after getting pushed far more than usual. Now against the Reds, this doesn’t carry the proper risk/reward to stream him.

Patrick Corbin @ ATL – It’s Corbin, who carries a slight Win chance…against Hotlanta.

Andrew Alvarez vs. MIA – Alvarez is kinda interesting, and he could have an opener for another outing. There’s a desperate Win chance here, but I’d prefer to avoid it. Likely four innings of blegh.

Walker Buehler @ PHI – I simply don’t love what Buehler does. It’s a collection of average-to-below-average pitches that makes me regret turning on the game.

Zac Gallen vs. LAD – Gallen wasn’t able to take advantage of great matchups, and now it’s the Dodgers. Yikes.

Erick Fedde @ MIN – Don’t trust the Feddes. You know this.

Michael Lorenzen @ LAA – At least it’s outside of Coors…?
