Jason Foley, Josh Hader, Mason Miller, Tyson Miller, Michel Otanez, and Will Vest all had three SV+HLDs this past week. Foley and Vest have helped (along with Tyler Holton) lead the Tigers playoff charge recently, with the trio having plenty of fantasy value this month. Otanez setting up Mason Miller next season will be something to look forward to for A’s fans. Tyson Miller bounced back nicely this week and has been a great addition to this bullpen after being DFA’d by Seattle. Hader is Hader, and he should finish the season with 100 strikeouts for the first time since 2021.

- Jorge López, Tyson Miller, Emilio Pagán, Tim Herrin, Joe Kelly, and Ryan Fernandez were all added to the list this week. López and Kelly returned from the IL this past week. Miller, Pagán, Herrin and Fernandez jump back on the list after just missing last week.
- Jorge Alcala, James McArthur, Paul Sewald, Craig Kimbrel, José Alvarado, and Gus Varland all fell off the list this week. McArthur and Sewald landed on the IL while Kimbrel was DFA’d this past week, ending the three of their seasons. Alvarado and Varland fell off the list and Alcala was surprisingly optioned to AAA. Alcala has a rough August, but had turned things around in September prior to the demotion.
