Starting Pitcher Streamer Ranks Fantasy Baseball: 6/19 & 6/20 & 6/21

Best SP streamers and rankings for today & tomorrow & day after.

Rankings of the SP Streamers for today’s, tomorrow’s, and the day after tomorrow’s games for fantasy baseball.

Every day of the 2026 baseball season, I’ll be looking at today’s and tomorrow’s slate of scheduled starting pitchers and ranking their matchups for your fantasy baseball streams.

There’s a lot that goes into this and you can hang out with me on twitch.tv/pitcherlist to talk about the specific ranks as I make them every weekday morning from 10am – 12pm ET. If you have questions about these ranks, please ask during the morning Twitch AMA. Those are my office hours as I generally don’t answer comments on the site.

There are four tiers to these rankings with 12-teamers in mind:

Auto-StartJust do it. Don’t overthink this, start the man. This includes “if I have them rostered, I’m starting them” pitchers.

Probably Start I’m likely starting these arms, though I recognize there is more risk than we’d like there to be. Either it’s a tough matchup for a good-not-elite pitcher or a weak lineup for a volatile arm. These pitchers have a 50% or greater chance of performing well in my view and I’m starting them in the majority of situations.

Questionable StartThink of this tier as “I don’t want to start these pitchers in a vacuum, but you could do worse.” Streamers found in this tier are not pitchers I’m targeting and are only if you are in dire need of one. To play it safe with streaming, just start the Probably Start streamers.

Do Not StartThe reward is not worth the risk. Don’t do it. Seriously, these pitchers have a very slim chance of success or sometimes none at all.

Obviously, there will be circumstances where pitchers should move between teams for your situation specifically and these new tiers should act as a little more help than the straight table from last year.

Please keep in mind that streaming is far from a perfect play. In fact, if they work out over half the time, I’d consider it a success. These matchup rankings & streamer picks are going to be wildly different than the actual results throughout the year, so please, have sympathy before the scathing comments and tweets. I’m only trying to help!

There is a second table (and now third for PL Pro members) for tomorrow’s starting pitcher matchups as well, helping everyone get a jump on their nightly pickups. Please note that these matchups are subject to change, though, and there will be times when I have the incorrect pitcher going. I thank you for your future understanding.

And of course, there are my streaming picks of the day. Please keep in mind that for my streaming record, I am forced to pick a streamer every day even if they are in the bottom tier. Those highlighted in Green are that day’s streaming pick in the second tier and I’d roll with them everywhere. Those in Yellow are in the third tier and should be okay if you’re searching for something on a given day, but I don’t recommend streaming unless you’re in need. Finally, those are Red are those I really don’t want to start (they are labeled as “Do Not Start,” after all) but have no other choice. Don’t stream Do Not Start pitchers unless you are truly desperate. A streaming pick is defined as “rostered in 20% or fewer leagues” according to Fantasy Pros. This really emphasizes the point that I’d be happy if over 50% of these worked. I could do the whole sub 30/40% rostered, but there’s no fun in that, and it applies to a smaller audience.

As I do my rankings, I thought it would be helpful to showcase a table of how we’re ranking offenses, granted by our PLV-powered Projections (in alphabetical order by tier):

PLV Projections Team Offense Ranking (6/6 Update)

Remember, these offensive rankings are based on each offense’s Process+ so far this year and how we project their lineups moving forward. It means you’re going to see a little different offensive rankings than you may see elsewhere, and there will always be some surprises. This is based on skills, not purely results! If you have questions about these offense rankings, reach out to Kyle Bland (@blandalytics).

To spice up these streaming recommendations, I’ve included our new daily fantasy baseball projections powered by PLV, and I’ll be competing against PL Bot to pick the best streaming option each day.

These projections are different from your typical projections as they incorporate our pitch quantifier PLV, assessing pitcher and hitter skills at a much more granular level than your standard box score.

To get access to PL Bot’s picks each day, sign up for PL Pro here.

The streaming record is determined by “Was this a productive game for 12-teamers if I started them?” Roughly a PQS with a Win and a strikeout per inning with a sub 1.20 WHIP, with a minimum of 5 IP. Close calls are decided by Twitch chat.

Note: If no pitcher under 20% rostered would have qualified for a “Streaming Win,” no loss is granted.

(Opener) – Outlines that a pitcher is being opened for that day & the pitcher listed will follow the opener.

Friday 6/19 Starting Pitcher Streamer Rankings

Auto-Starts

Jacob Misiorowski @ ATL – Aces gonna ace.

Cam Schlittler vs. CIN – Aces gonna ace.

Jacob deGrom vs. SDP – Aces gonna ace.

Tarik Skubal vs. CHW – Let’s get you back there.

Kevin Gausman @ CHC – Gausman is a steady Holly you don’t think about.

Probably Starts

Landen Roupp @ MIA –

Ranger Suarez @ SEA – Suarez’s command is in a good place and it’s @TEA.

Bryce Miller vs. BOS – Miller will be piggybacked, unfortunately. He could still very well go five frames of demolition, though. Luis Castillo could be up for a solid vulture Win in the process.

Michael Soroka vs. MIN – Soroka has been cruising. No reason to hold back here.

Griffin Jax vs. WSH – The stuff is fantastic, and I’d still roll with him despite the worries of opening up a blister.

Ben Brown vs. TOR – Brown’s sinker has been effective to RHB, and despite my worries to LHB (and his 0 HR/9 across the last month…), you’re going to start him.

Questionable Starts

Cade Cavalli @ TBR – Cavalli breaks the Huascar Rule and doesn’t have the sinker Brown has.

Roki Sasaki vs. BAL – Sasaki came back down to Earth in his last start and all we can do is hope the slider command and four-seamer very return.

José Soriano @ ATH – Soriano’s control is questionable and Sacré Verde often amplifies the issue.

Tanner Bibee @ HOU – It’s been a better-than-expected run for Bibee, who has embraced the sinker more often recently. I’m not completely sold, but the ceiling is high with his leash.

Seth Lugo vs. STL – I hope Lugo is okay from the comebacker.

Connor Prielipp @ ARI – We haven’t seen Prielipp showcase feel for his slider and/or change in a while. The upside is there if he has either.

Martín Pérez vs. MIL – Martín has been quietly good…? You could steal a Win here.

Do Not Starts

Michael McGreevy @ KCR – If you’re chasing a QS, consider McGreevy. WHIP and Ks? Absolutely not.

Bubba Chandler @ COL – Chandler started to go Dancing With The Disco last time out and I dig that approach. But in Coors? No thanks.

Randy Vásquez @ TEX – Vásquez has done little to prove he’s worthy of a roster spot. Hopefully we can believe in whiffs on his four-seamer and cutter.

Tatsuya Imai vs. CLE – Imai just got trounced in Kansas City and I’m not counting out some sort of rebound. I also don’t want to put myself in harm’s way.

Jeffrey Springs vs. LAA – It’s rarely sunshine and rainbows.

Rhett Lowder @ NYY – Rhett is kinda cool…when it’s not his second start back and in the Bronx.

Erick Fedde @ DET – Don’t trust em.

Trey Gibson @ LAD – It’s the Dodgers and Gibson is not worth your attention.

Kyle Freeland vs. PIT – It’s Coors.

Miami Bullpen vs. SFG – It’s a bullpen game with Meyer going on Saturday.

Saturday 6/20 Starting Pitcher Streamer Rankings

Auto-Starts

Cristopher Sánchez vs. NYM – Aces gonna ace.

Yoshinobu Yamamoto vs. BAL – Aces gonna ace.

Chris Sale vs. MIL – Aces gonna ace.

Paul Skenes @ COL – Aces gonna ace.

Max Meyer vs. SFG – You’re on the verge of getting that tag. Maybe one or two more?

Nathan Eovaldi vs. SDP – Eovaldi isn’t destined to allow so many HRs.

Kyle Harrison @ ATL – Harrison has been a little off with his fastball command lately. It’s not enough to bench against Atlanta.

Probably Starts

Will Warren vs. CIN – Warren is fine. Not the most exciting, but he’s done enough for us to buy into his heater floor even when it’s not the smoothest of waters.

Emerson Hancock vs. BOS – He’s lowered his arm angle consistently and turned into a different arm, now focused on sinkers over the high heater. I don’t understand it, but it’s generally worked.

Freddy Peralta @ PHI – Peralta has been awfully inconsistent, but he has a TIARA and we know the stretches he can go on. I don’t see him as destructive as a HIPSTER at the moment.

Connelly Early @ SEA – I’m still a believer in Early for the long-term and see a start in @TEA as a good balance of matchup + “Hey, this could be a start where he turns the corner”.

Questionable Starts

Spencer Arrighetti vs. CLE – I just wish he’d expand the arsenal a bit more. At least it’s the weak Guardians crew, where his curveball could feast.

Walbert Ureña @ ATH – Ureña hasn’t had his changeup for a pair of outings and now he heads into Sacré Verde. Not ideal.

J.T. Ginn vs. LAA – Ginn is throwing softer and is in Sacré Verde. It’s been a good run thus far, but not one I feel the need to hold in these poor situations.

Taj Bradley @ ARI – Bradley is back to his volatile self, and I understand if you want to give it one more go against the venom-less Sneks.

Colin Rea vs. TOR – Are the Jays a weak enough offense to throw the streaming-focused Rea in your lineups? It’s a tough call.

Troy Melton vs. CHW – I’m worried about his back issue that had him scratched from starting earlier in the week + the White Sox aren’t the easiest offense to deal with + Melton hasn’t clicked quite yet.

Do Not Starts

Trevor McDonald @ MIA – Even against Miami, I don’t want to touch this. McDonald’s slider just isn’t what it used to be.

Andrew Abbott @ NYY – It’s the Bronx, even if Abbott has found a way to produce across the last six weeks.

Ian Seymour vs. WSH – I wonder if the Rays will let Seymour go more than five frames and/or 80+ pitches. They extended him a bit last time out, though his arsenal didn’t step up for the occasion. Those two issues – skill and leash – in concert with a good Nationals lineup has me down on Ian for this one.

Joey Cantillo @ HOU – Cantillo hasn’t come through on his promise of strikeouts often.

Walker Buehler @ TEX – I know Buehler has been quietly putting up a good ERA lately. He’s also some of the best HR fortune out there, which isn’t destined to last.

Trevor Rogers @ LAD –  It’s the Dodgers. Keep an eye on Rogers, hoping for high heaters at 94 mph and low changeups.

Zac Gallen vs. MIN – Gallen has been all kinds of rough. Why expect that to change now?

Miles Mikolas @ TBR – It hasn’t been the most disastrous for Mikolas lately, and he even upped his velocity a touch. That’s the best I can do.

Patrick Corbin @ CHC – Corbin hasn’t been worth your time.

Tomoyuki Sugano vs. PIT – Sorry, Sugano. I’ll be rooting for you, though.

Joe Rock @ DET – Is he actually starting? If so, you don’t want this.
