Starting Pitcher Streamer Ranks Fantasy Baseball: 6/24 & 6/25 & 6/26

Best SP streamers and rankings for today & tomorrow & day after.

Rankings of the SP Streamers for today’s, tomorrow’s, and the day after tomorrow’s games for fantasy baseball.

Every day of the 2026 baseball season, I’ll be looking at today’s and tomorrow’s slate of scheduled starting pitchers and ranking their matchups for your fantasy baseball streams.

There’s a lot that goes into this and you can hang out with me on twitch.tv/pitcherlist to talk about the specific ranks as I make them every weekday morning from 10am – 12pm ET. If you have questions about these ranks, please ask during the morning Twitch AMA. Those are my office hours as I generally don’t answer comments on the site.

There are four tiers to these rankings with 12-teamers in mind:

Auto-StartJust do it. Don’t overthink this, start the man. This includes “if I have them rostered, I’m starting them” pitchers.

Probably Start I’m likely starting these arms, though I recognize there is more risk than we’d like there to be. Either it’s a tough matchup for a good-not-elite pitcher or a weak lineup for a volatile arm. These pitchers have a 50% or greater chance of performing well in my view and I’m starting them in the majority of situations.

Questionable StartThink of this tier as “I don’t want to start these pitchers in a vacuum, but you could do worse.” Streamers found in this tier are not pitchers I’m targeting and are only if you are in dire need of one. To play it safe with streaming, just start the Probably Start streamers.

Do Not StartThe reward is not worth the risk. Don’t do it. Seriously, these pitchers have a very slim chance of success or sometimes none at all.

Obviously, there will be circumstances where pitchers should move between teams for your situation specifically and these new tiers should act as a little more help than the straight table from last year.

Please keep in mind that streaming is far from a perfect play. In fact, if they work out over half the time, I’d consider it a success. These matchup rankings & streamer picks are going to be wildly different than the actual results throughout the year, so please, have sympathy before the scathing comments and tweets. I’m only trying to help!

There is a second table (and now third for PL Pro members) for tomorrow’s starting pitcher matchups as well, helping everyone get a jump on their nightly pickups. Please note that these matchups are subject to change, though, and there will be times when I have the incorrect pitcher going. I thank you for your future understanding.

And of course, there are my streaming picks of the day. Please keep in mind that for my streaming record, I am forced to pick a streamer every day even if they are in the bottom tier. Those highlighted in Green are that day’s streaming pick in the second tier and I’d roll with them everywhere. Those in Yellow are in the third tier and should be okay if you’re searching for something on a given day, but I don’t recommend streaming unless you’re in need. Finally, those are Red are those I really don’t want to start (they are labeled as “Do Not Start,” after all) but have no other choice. Don’t stream Do Not Start pitchers unless you are truly desperate. A streaming pick is defined as “rostered in 20% or fewer leagues” according to Fantasy Pros. This really emphasizes the point that I’d be happy if over 50% of these worked. I could do the whole sub 30/40% rostered, but there’s no fun in that, and it applies to a smaller audience.

As I do my rankings, I thought it would be helpful to showcase a table of how we’re ranking offenses, granted by our PLV-powered Projections (in alphabetical order by tier):

PLV Projections Team Offense Ranking (6/6 Update)

Remember, these offensive rankings are based on each offense’s Process+ so far this year and how we project their lineups moving forward. It means you’re going to see a little different offensive rankings than you may see elsewhere, and there will always be some surprises. This is based on skills, not purely results! If you have questions about these offense rankings, reach out to Kyle Bland (@blandalytics).

To spice up these streaming recommendations, I’ve included our new daily fantasy baseball projections powered by PLV, and I’ll be competing against PL Bot to pick the best streaming option each day.

These projections are different from your typical projections as they incorporate our pitch quantifier PLV, assessing pitcher and hitter skills at a much more granular level than your standard box score.

To get access to PL Bot’s picks each day, sign up for PL Pro here.

The streaming record is determined by “Was this a productive game for 12-teamers if I started them?” Roughly a PQS with a Win and a strikeout per inning with a sub 1.20 WHIP, with a minimum of 5 IP. Close calls are decided by Twitch chat.

Note: If no pitcher under 20% rostered would have qualified for a “Streaming Win,” no loss is granted.

(Opener) – Outlines that a pitcher is being opened for that day & the pitcher listed will follow the opener.

Wednesday 6/24 Starting Pitcher Streamer Rankings

Auto-Starts

Jacob deGrom @ MIA – Aces gonna ace.

Shohei Ohtani @ MIN – Aces gonna ace.

Bryan Woo @ PIT – Woo, you got this.

Braxton Ashcraft vs. SEA – Ashcraft has been consistently solid.

Tarik Skubal vs. NYY – Skubal hasn’t turned on the jets yet (football is in September, Nick! DON’T BRING THAT LANGUAGE AROUND HERE), and the Yankees are a tough squad.

Joe Ryan vs. LAD – He was scratched yesterday with an illness and I’ve lowered him a little due to the questionable lingering effects. Still very much worth your time.

Shota Imanaga @ NYM – I’m a believer in Shota’s four-seamer and splitter and I’m thrilled it’s against the Mets and away from June Wrigley. Update: Pushed back to Wednesday for a double-header.

Nolan McLean vs. CHC – This Auto-Start tier is a little worse than usual, with McLean being on the cusp even after his strong performance. He’s not out of the woods. Update: Pushed back to Wednesday for a double-header.

Probably Starts

Ryan Weathers @ DET – He performs poorly when he allows 2+ HRs. Odds are, he won’t.

Gage Jump @ SFG – Jump’s four-seamer is laying a beautiful foundation and he’s pitching in the other extreme this time out. Good ole Oracle Park.

Griffin Jax vs. KCR – No, I don’t like how much the Rays are limiting him (likely due to his potential blister, but still), though Jax has proven himself as a reliable five-inning arm.

Trey Yesavage vs. HOU – adored watching Yesavage feature low four-seamers last time out, allowing for his slider to cook under the zone against RHB. And guess what? It’s the Astros! RHB galore!

Javier Assad @ NYM – Assad has been nothing but a solid ratio arm against weak teams, and, why, would you look at that. He’s squared up against the Mets.

Noah Cameron @ TBR – It’s a much better version of Cameron than the start of the year and Tropicana Field always helps.

Questionable Starts

Tanner Bibee @ CHW – I’m not sold that Bibee’s increased sinker usage is all that great, but it could work out against the White Sox.

José Soriano vs. BAL – Soriano is back to his 2025 self. Take that as you will, I’d prefer to move on wherever I can, but there is a strong ceiling here.

Ranger Suarez @ COL – Suarez is cooking, but it’s Coors. I hate Coors. You had all cheap beer. But especially Coors.

Sean Manaea vs. CHC – I’m questioning if Manaea has the ability to go deep enough into games for us to hold on through a start against the Cubs.

Martín Pérez @ SDP – Pérez is on a Vargas Rule and gets the LHP-hating Friars. Huh. Maybe I’m underrating this one…Nah. It’s Pérez.

Shane Drohan @ CIN – This is dangerous in Cincy, and I’m hoping Drohan shows me the full mix to feel silly for leaving him off The List last week.

Aaron Nola @ WSH – Nola’s velocity has fluctuated plenty from start to start. I don’t know what we’ll get.

Do Not Starts

Eury Pérez vs. TEX – It’s a clear Still ILL for a pitcher who just tossed 51 pitches in his last rehab start and was struggling mightly until the day he got injured. Let’s see what happens.

Matthew Liberatore vs. ARI – This is a rough set of DNS pitchers, so I’ll put the guy who has the longest leash at the top.

Rhett Lowder vs. MIL – Lowder has potential if he’s spotting secondaries effectively. Too bad it’s Cincy.

Trey Gibson @ LAA – Gibson’s slider was gorgeous last time out. That’s it, but at least he’s got that going for him.

Mitch Bratt @ STL – He’s a 91 mph southpaw without a changeup. Is the curveball good enough? Highly unlikely.

Tyler Mahle vs. ATH – At least Mahle is in Oracle Park for this Still ILL.

JP Sears vs. ATL – Sears hath returned! And he’s returned at least four runs in each of his last six minor league games, tallying 33 ER in six games. Not a good sign.

Erick Fedde vs. CLE – Don’t trust him. Even against the Guardians of another galaxy. Definitely not this one.

Mike Burrows @ TOR – Burrows?! Nah.

Miles Mikolas vs. PHI – Nope.

Kyle Freeland vs. BOS – Definitely Nope. I need to see that movie.

Wednesday 6/24 Starting Pitcher Streamer Rankings

Thursday 6/25 Starting Pitcher Streamer Rankings

Auto-Starts

Cristopher Sánchez @ WSH – Aces gonna ace.

Cam Schlittler @ BOS – Aces gonna ace.

Bryce Miller @ PIT – He’s not getting piggypacked. I’m wagering he won’t again. The journey to AGA begins.

Kevin Gausman vs. TEX – He just got rocked and you’re smart enough to brush it off and start him here.

Probably Starts

Landen Roupp vs. ATH – If you’re not well-versed with Roupp, he’s turned a page in his book this year.

Troy Melton vs. HOU – Melton finally returned strikeouts last start and has continued to locate his arsenal well.

MacKenzie Gore @ TOR – It appears as though Gore has made a breakthrough, and I’d take the chance.

Questionable Starts

Freddy Peralta vs. CHC – That last start was so dang bad. He’s not that unlucky, but he sure hasn’t been stellar often enough to justify a clear start.

Connelly Early vs. NYY – Early had a great line, but not the best underlying skills that would make me confident here against the Yankees.

Matthew Boyd @ NYM – We’re finally getting Boyd back and it’s a Still ILL in most cases.

Seth Lugo @ TBR – He failed to return a strikeout last time out, but he’s still a good QS play.

Bubba Chandler vs. SEA – I fail to believe that Chandler has figured it out, but he has looked a little better as of late. Please go Dancing With The Disco.

Tatsuya Imai @ DET – I know Imai just struck out a ton of batters, but he’s so unpredictable. Good luck.

Ian Seymour vs. KCR – It’s the Royals, though Seymour isn’t pitching absurdly well and it’s hard to understand what leash the Rays will put him on.

Cade Cavalli vs. PHI –  Cavalli breaks the Huascar Rule and is generally only productive against weak offenses.

Do Not Starts

Michael McGreevy vs. ARI – This is a QS/ratio play that doesn’t have the greatest ceiling.

Jeffrey Springs @ SFG – Wow, Springs vs. Roupp. As much as they want them, I don’t expect sunshine and rainbows.

Zac Gallen @ STL – Gallen hasn’t been worth your time in a while.
