The division reports debuted last year. The goal of this article series is to provide a quick overview of all dynasty-relevant information from each division. Each team has multiple minor league levels, each containing plenty of impactful prospects which can feel impossible to keep up with. This article series, which will be updated once per month, will help dynasty managers stay up-to-date on performances, injuries, promotions, and more. New this season is the inclusion of tiers in the rankings. Next to their rank, each prospect is assigned a tier. The tier range is 1-5.
- Tier 1: A potential difference-making dynasty prospect. Somebody who would rank in the top-20ish prospects for dynasty baseball
- Tier 2: A still very good dynasty prospect who holds plenty of value. This prospect would typically rank in the 21-75 range
- Tier 3: A mid-tier prospect who could be valuable but has questions and concerns present in his profile ranking in the 76-150 range
- Tier 4: A prospect who is worth knowing, but is reserved for deeper leagues. This prospect would rank 151-250
- Tier 5: The rest of the prospects fall into Tier 5
The 2025 season is winding down. The fantasy baseball playoffs are in full swing and fall is in the air. Now is the time that most fantasy baseball nuts tend to lose focus. Unfortunately, dynasty managers are not afforded that opportunity. Staying up to date on the latest prospect news is essential to taking your team to the next level. Dynasty leagues never sleep. This article updates the Atlanta Braves prospect rankings while providing news and notes on the latest promotions and performances.
Notable Prospect Performances:
- Patrick Clohisy is finding some power in Double-A. After hitting just three home runs in 92 games in High-A, Clohisy has already hit three homers in 31 games at Double-A. Power does not profile to be a large part of Clohisy’s game, but if it can continue trending in the right direction, he could turn into a significant dynasty asset. In 123 games this year, Clohisy has stolen 74 bases with a 111 wRC+.
- Isaiah Drake is finding more offensive success and is still only 20 years old. Drake flashed his raw athleticism and tools in the 2024 Spring Breakout game, but struggled to find success last season. Things got off to a similarly slow start in 2025, but has found his groove over the past two months. Since July 6, Drake is slashing .310/.358/.379. He has yet to see his game power take the next step but has stolen 45 bases while showing improvements to his hit tool.
- John Gil breaks into the top 10 Braves prospects and is a name worth knowing. Gil signed with the Braves prior to the 2023 season and is starting to breakout. In 99 games this season, Gil has hit six home runs and stolen 49 bases. However, things have been even better as of late. Since July 8, Gil is slashing .333/.430/.558. He has good speed, plus plate discipline, is making contact 77.8% of the time, and is starting to turn his athleticism into more game power. This is a potential fast riser in 2026.
Notable Promotions and News:
- Owen Murphy is reminding dynasty managers how high his ceiling is. Murphy was excellent in 41 innings last year prior to undergoing Tommy John Surgery. So far, he has picked up right where he left off. He has made five starts in High-A this season and owns a 1.66 ERA. His fastball looks as strong as ever and his command has not slipped up at all despite the missed time. The injury sent Murphy’s dynasty stock plummeting, but he is healthy now and could contribute as early as 2026.
- Third-round pick Cody Miller has been quickly promoted from Low to High-A. In his final season at East Tennessee State, Miller hit 18 homers, stole 27 bases, and batted .331. It took Miller just 10 games at Low-A to quickly earn a promotion to High-A. The first 24 games of his professional career could not be off to a much better start as Miller is hitting .324 with two homers and eight steals. Dynasyt managers should proceed with caution despite his early success. His hit tool projects to be well below average and this could impact his offensive success as the sample size grows larger.
