The division reports debuted last year. The goal of this article series is to provide a quick overview of all dynasty-relevant information from each division. Each team has multiple minor league levels, each containing plenty of impactful prospects which can feel impossible to keep up with. This article series, which will be updated once per month, will help dynasty managers stay up-to-date on performances, injuries, promotions, and more. New this season is the inclusion of tiers in the rankings. Next to their rank, each prospect is assigned a tier. The tier range is 1-5.
- Tier 1: A potential difference-making dynasty prospect. Somebody who would rank in the top-20ish prospects for dynasty baseball
- Tier 2: A still very good dynasty prospect who holds plenty of value. This prospect would typically rank in the 21-75 range
- Tier 3: A mid-tier prospect who could be valuable but has questions and concerns present in his profile ranking in the 76-150 range
- Tier 4: A prospect who is worth knowing, but is reserved for deeper leagues. This prospect would rank 151-250
- Tier 5: The rest of the prospects fall into Tier 5
The 2025 season is winding down. The fantasy baseball playoffs are in full swing and fall is in the air. Now is the time that most fantasy baseball nuts tend to lose focus. Unfortunately, dynasty managers are not afforded that opportunity. Staying up to date on the latest prospect news is essential to taking your team to the next level. Dynasty leagues never sleep. This article updates the Philadelphia Phillies prospect rankings while providing news and notes on the latest promotions and performances.
Notable Prospect Performances
- Gabriel Rincones Jr is suddenly up to 18 home runs and 17 stolen bases in Triple-A. The start to 2025 could not have been much worse for Rincones, but he has found his stride as of late. Since August 5, Rincones is slashing .381/.474/.778 with seven home runs and four stolen bases. The power/speed combination in his profile is intriguing for dynasty managers, but platoon concerns keep him down at eighth in this prospect ranking update.
- Aidan Miller’s sensational second half has continued. Miller’s success has pushed him back up into the top tier of prospects. Since July 27, Miller is slashing .357/.482/.625. He is walking as often as he is striking out during that time and is now up to 51 stolen bases on the year. Miller has significant fantasy upside and should be considered an elite dynasty asset. As a result of his success, the team decided it was time for a promotion to Triple-A.
- Griff McGarry owns a 2.53 ERA over his last seven starts. In terms of upside, McGarry would easily rank inside of the team’s top ten prospects. The only issue is consistency. He struggles with walks and has given up 5+ runs in four of his 19 starts this year. However, he is finding success right now and owns a 34% strikeout rate on the season.
Notable Promotions and News:
- Justin Crawford is on the Triple-A IL with a concussion. Crawford collided with Otto Kemp and will miss an undetermined period of time while recovering from his concussion. Hopes of Crawford making his Major League debut this season have been shattered by the success of Harrison Bader and Brandon Marsh down the stretch. His 2025 success should still excite dynasty managers. In 112 games, Crawford is batting .334 with seven home runs and 46 steals.
- Both Aroon Escobar and Dante Nori are headed to Double-A. Escobar has been one of the biggest breakouts for 2025 and has significant dynasty upside. Nori is the opposite. The first round pick from last year has a high floor thanks to good contact skills and plus speed but lacks much upside as a result of his underwhelming power projection.
- Alex McFarlane was promoted to Double-A. McFarlane is one of the more underrated dynasty prospects in all of baseball. Injuries derailed the early part of his career, but as mentioned last month, he is starting to find consistent success in the Minor Leagues. The team is limiting his innings, but he has allowed an earned run in just one of his last eight appearances.
