• Philadelphia Phillies placed RHP Jhoan Duran on the 15-day injured list retroactive to April 15, 2026. Left oblique strain.
• Chicago Cubs selected the contract of RHP Corbin Martin from Iowa Cubs.
• Philadelphia Phillies recalled RHP Seth Johnson from Lehigh Valley IronPigs.
• Athletics optioned RHP Elvis Alvarado to Las Vegas Aviators.
• Athletics recalled RHP Mason Barnett from Las Vegas Aviators.
• Chicago White Sox claimed RHP Osvaldo Bido off waivers from Atlanta Braves.
• Los Angeles Angels optioned LHP Sam Aldegheri to Salt Lake Bees.
• Los Angeles Angels recalled RHP Walbert Ureña from Salt Lake Bees.
