• Tampa Bay Rays placed RHP Mason Englert on the 15-day injured list. Right forearm tightness.
• Washington Nationals recalled RHP Julian Fernández from Rochester Red Wings.
• Los Angeles Dodgers recalled LHP Jake Eder from Oklahoma City Comets.
• Athletics recalled LHP Brady Basso from Las Vegas Aviators.
• Tampa Bay Rays selected the contract of RHP Trevor Martin from Durham Bulls.
• Washington Nationals optioned LHP Andrew Alvarez to Rochester Red Wings.
• Athletics optioned RHP Mason Barnett to Las Vegas Aviators.
