• Atlanta Braves placed RHP Raisel Iglesias on the 15-day injured list retroactive to April 20, 2026. Right shoulder inflammation.
• Colorado Rockies designated LHP Luis Peralta for assignment.
• Seattle Mariners designated RHP Casey Legumina for assignment.
• Seattle Mariners recalled RHP Alex Hoppe from Tacoma Rainiers.
• Atlanta Braves recalled LHP Dylan Dodd from Gwinnett Stripers.

• Boston Red Sox recalled LHP Tyler Samaniego from Worcester Red Sox.
