Every day of the 2026 baseball season, I’ll be looking at today’s slate of games and providing potential relievers to stream for your fantasy baseball teams based on recent bullpen usage.

• Houston Astros activated LHP Bennett Sousa from the 15-day injured list.
• Baltimore Orioles activated LHP Keegan Akin from the 15-day injured list.
• New York Yankees placed RHP Angel Chivilli on the 15-day injured list retroactive to April 23, 2026. Right shoulder discomfort.
• Houston Astros optioned LHP Colton Gordon to Sugar Land Space Cowboys.
• Pittsburgh Pirates recalled RHP Cam Sanders from Indianapolis Indians.
• Baltimore Orioles optioned RHP Cameron Foster to Norfolk Tides.
• Cincinnati Reds optioned RHP Kyle Nicolas to Louisville Bats.
• Philadelphia Phillies optioned RHP Alex McFarlane to Reading Fightin Phils.
• Cincinnati Reds recalled RHP Jose Franco from Louisville Bats.
• Washington Nationals optioned RHP Riley Cornelio to Rochester Red Wings.
