Every day of the 2026 baseball season, I’ll be looking at today’s slate of games and providing potential relievers to stream for your fantasy baseball teams based on recent bullpen usage.

• Washington Nationals transferred RHP Max Kranick from the 15-day injured list to the 60-day injured list. Right elbow surgery recovery.
• Cleveland Guardians placed LHP Erik Sabrowski on the 15-day injured list retroactive to May 22, 2026. Left elbow inflammation.
• Baltimore Orioles designated RHP Albert Suárez for assignment.
• Detroit Tigers optioned LHP Drew Sommers to Toledo Mud Hens.
• Toronto Blue Jays selected the contract of RHP Tanner Andrews from Buffalo Bisons.
• Colorado Rockies recalled LHP Welinton Herrera from Albuquerque Isotopes.
• Cleveland Guardians recalled RHP Codi Heuer from Columbus Clippers.
• Minnesota Twins sent RHP Luis García outright to St. Paul Saints.
