- Washington Nationals transferred RHP Max Kranick from the 15-day injured list to the 60-day injured list. Right elbow surgery recovery.
- Cleveland Guardians placed LHP Erik Sabrowski on the 15-day injured list retroactive to May 22, 2026. Left elbow inflammation.
- Baltimore Orioles designated RHP Albert Suárez for assignment.
- Detroit Tigers optioned LHP Drew Sommers to Toledo Mud Hens.
- Toronto Blue Jays selected the contract of RHP Tanner Andrews from Buffalo Bisons.
- Colorado Rockies recalled LHP Welinton Herrera from Albuquerque Isotopes.
- Cleveland Guardians recalled RHP Codi Heuer from Columbus Clippers.
- Minnesota Twins sent RHP Luis García outright to St. Paul Saints.
