PLV Projections Team Offense Ranking (3/25 Update)

Remember, these offensive rankings are based on each offense’s Process+ so far this year and how we project their lineups moving forward. It means you’re going to see a little different offensive rankings than you may see elsewhere, and there will always be some surprises. This is based on skills, not purely results! If you have questions about these offense rankings, reach out to Kyle Bland (@blandalytics).

Bullpen Depth Charts

  • Should have everyone minus maybe Cano and Wells.

  • Red Sox high-leverage guys should pitch today, no matter the score I’d imagine.

  • Top three are good to go.

  • Top three should be ready, Cleavinger could probably use another day, though.

  • Rogers and Hoffman should be available

  • Everyone available, maybe not Newcomb.

  • Everyone should be available.

  • Vest could be off, Jansen should be ready.

  • OFF day yesterday, so everyone is available, except Estévez, who is still questionable.

  • OFF day yesterday, so everyone is available

  • Barlow should be available, maybe Harris. Alvarado and Kelly could probably get high-leverage work if needed.

  • Most of this bullpen should be available after Bolton threw 3 innings last night.

  • Pomeranz may be questionable. Romano should be good to go.

  • Should have everyone available.

  • Do the Rangers want to throw their “co-closers” four times in five days? Probably not, especially this early in the season. That could lead us to yet another Tyler Alexander save chance.

  • Everyone should be available.

  • Bender may be off after 27 pitches last night. I’d imagine Fairbanks, Faucher, and Nardi are available, though.

  • Full bullpen for today.

  • Should have everyone but Banks today.

  • Should have everyone available.

  • No Maton, but the rest of the bullpen should be ready.

  • Should have their high-leverage guys.

  • I think everyone is available here except Zerpa. Will probably see Ashby get an inning or two.

  • Probably no Santana, leaving Gregory Soto for another potential ninth-inning appearance.

  • Should have the trio at the back end if the Cardinals have a lead in the 7th.

  • This is an interesting one, because I have no idea who would close out a game for the Diamondbacks today. It could be any one of this group not named Sewald.

  • Vodnik and Herget will probably pitch late in this game.

  • Díaz probably shouldn’t have thrown 33 pitches last night, but if he is off today, Tanner Scott could be in line for a save.

  • Should have everyone but Morgan here.

  • Should have everyone available (is Kilian ever going to pitch again?).
