• Colorado Rockies placed RHP Jimmy Herget on the bereavement list.
• Houston Astros placed LHP Bennett Sousa on the 15-day injured list retroactive to May 6, 2026. Left elbow inflammation.
• Houston Astros recalled RHP Jayden Murray from Sugar Land Space Cowboys.
• San Francisco Giants recalled RHP Trevor McDonald from Sacramento River Cats.
• Tampa Bay Rays selected the contract of RHP Aaron Brooks from Durham Bulls.
• Boston Red Sox optioned RHP Jack Anderson to Worcester Red Sox.
• Minnesota Twins recalled RHP Travis Adams from St. Paul Saints.
• Los Angeles Dodgers claimed LHP Charlie Barnes off waivers from Chicago Cubs.
