- Cincinnati Reds placed RHP Pierce Johnson on the 15-day injured list retroactive to May 27, 2026. Right elbow inflammation.
- New York Mets designated LHP Anderson Severino for assignment.
- Colorado Rockies placed LHP Welinton Herrera on the 15-day injured list. Left elbow inflammation.
- Miami Marlins placed LHP Andrew Nardi on the 15-day injured list retroactive to May 28, 2026. Left rib cage stress reaction.

- Miami Marlins recalled RHP William Kempner from Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp.
- Philadelphia Phillies optioned RHP Max Lazar to Lehigh Valley IronPigs.
- Athletics recalled RHP Michael Kelly from Las Vegas Aviators.
- New York Mets optioned RHP Tobias Myers to Syracuse Mets.
Bullpen Depth Charts
- Should have everyone available except Clarke, potentially.
- Could be down Barlow, Harris, Sterner, and maybe Perkins. Leaves Leiter Jr. and Kuhnel as options for a save.
- No Kinley, Lee, and potentially Suarez, but Iglesias should still be available.
- No Akin or Nunez maybe, but everyone else should be available.
- Should have everyone available if needed. Chapman hasn’t pitched since May 20th, so he’ll probably pitch no matter what in this one.

- Taylor might be available; Seranthony likely is not. Could lead to a Hudson save chance.
